close March 1st, 2008. They should be mailed to Linda Waggoner.
Please fill out an entry form for each item entered.
2. Shipped artwork must be
received by April 1st, 2008. See #11.
3. Artwork will be exhibited
in a secure area with a host or hostess present.
4. The following categories

5. You may enter under the
following classes:

Junior: ages 10-16 |
| b.
Amateur |
| c.
Professional |
6. Judges will be selected by
the show coordinator and will be announced at the Show.
7. Ribbons will be given for
first, second, third and fourth place.
8. Exhibits may be placed for
sale or marked not for sale. If you want the funds from the sale
to be donated to an AWC activity, please indicate on the application
blank. Otherwise, all unsold items and funds will be returned to
the artist. Artists will be charged for exhibits returned by
shipping. It will include a handling fee, insurance and the
shipping fee.
9. All artwork (oils,
acrylics, watercolors, pastels, photography, pencil, pen, ink and
charcoal) must be mounted and framed for presentation.
10. Please include any
special handling requests.
11. The artist need not
attend the National to be able to show their work. Artwork must
be entered by the artist, but not necessarily owned by the artist at
the time of entry into show. Artwork may
be shipped to:
