Information about the Health Clinics for the 2008 AWC National

The Whippet Health Foundation is seeking volunteers to help with the health
clinics taking place during the AWC National (Cardiac, CERF and BAER). If
you are concerned and interested in Whippet health please volunteer some
time to assist with health testing during the 2008 AWC National Specialty.
Duties are mainly checking people in and helping them to fill out forms.
Volunteer time slots will be for one hour and you can volunteer for as many
as you wish. You will be giving something back to the Whippets that give us
so much unconditional love.

CERF clinics will be on Wednesday, April 23rd from 9:00 am -2:00 pm.

BAER clinics will be on Wednesday, April 23rd from 9:00 am -12 noon or 2:00
pm (depending on demand)

Cardiac exams will be on Wednesday, April 23rd from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and
on Thursday, April 24th from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

* Your name

* Number of one hour slots you would like to volunteer

* Which days/times you will be free (Wednesday, April 23rd and/or Thursday,
April 24th)

* Which events and/or classes in which you will be involved

* Your cell phone # in case we need to reach you at the National.
